Great house. The host was very easy to get in touch with. The house is in a fabulous location. Would definitely stay again.

The house is very nice. We liked everything, especially the deck. There were some amenities that did not work - the washing machine but the host was very nice and offered laundry service to us and said he plans to repair the machine asap. As a whole everything was great.

Family trip

The overall property was pretty great. The upstairs bathroom could use better cleaning. (The access panel next to the toilet has seen better days) Host was responsive when messaging with concerns. When booking pool access and laundry was listed as amenities but we were notified after we arrived that the pool was no longer available and the laundry was broken. We were given some refund for the laundry but it would’ve been nice to know ahead of time so we could have packed more instead of spending half a day at the laundromat.

Amenities Improperly Advertised

When I booked this property the listing advertised access to a community pool, laundry facilities, dishwasher and ice maker in the refrigerator. When we arrived, I emailed the owner and received this response “I discussed the matter with the management. They informed me that the pools are only accessible to guests when they come with the owner of the house to the pools. “. When we discovered the washer/dryer and refrigerator dispenser weren’t working, he said they were both scheduled for repair. He did bring water and ice that day but never mentioned either item being broken on the check in instructions. What is VRBO’s responsibility when owner’s remove amenities after someone has already rented a property? I am very disappointed in VRBO also.

Cozy & Quiet in Silver Springs

We needed a place to recharge each evening and this place fit the bill. Enough space to spread out and quiet for a restful evening.Convenient to Starbucks, CVS, resturants a plus!

Was a nice quiet neighborhood. Stay worked great for our family of 6. Due to traffic took a bit to get to DC but we didn’t mind it was a nice stay.

Comfortable, clean, and convenient.

Quiet neighborhood with lovely, mature trees and active bird life. The property was very clean. Host was easy to work with and responsive. We would stay there again.

I messaged host about 5 times and have still never gotten a response after checking out about 8 hours ago... the sink started shooting water out from the pipes underneath and dumping water in the kitchen, we tried to stop it with bathroom towels... not how I was hoping to start my morning after getting my 3 kids ready for a 5 hour drive

Very nice!

We felt very comfortable. The home is well furnished & nicely decorated. All the appliances, along with the TV sets, etc are very modern.Beautiful wood flooring. The internet service was excellent also.

Gets the job done

Everything was wonderful with two small exceptions. There were no oven mitts or salt, pepper, spices etc. to help facilitate our personal cooking. With large family we don’t have the option to go out to eat regularly. There is an Aldi’s less than a mile away, which is great. Also there was not much for rags and kitchen towels etc, for cleaning.

Feels like home

A gem of a townhouse where family could get together. Furnishings and appliances are high end and practically new. The house was newly painted with classic furnitures.It’s in a quiet neighborhood. Joshua , the owner is very attentive with any needs and concerns we might have. Next time we are in this part of Maryland, we would be happy to book this townhouse again. We really had a great time. It felt like home.
