"The privacy & seclusion of this guest house & pool is amazing! Its a perfect little spot with all the amenities you need and more! Owner Mark and Property Manager George were fantastic to deal with and very prompt in responses. Location is great ..close to water and especially to Oistins! Would highly recomment checking this place out ..I know I will again."

"This beautifully appointed & newly remodeled spot was just what we needed to transition in to our vacation. We sat on the balcony in the morning sipping coffee, overlooking the scenic valley and ocean, and relaxing. This spot was close enough to the restaurants, tourist spots, music and airport to be a short drive but far enough not to hear anything but birds. Our hosts were very friendly and enjoyable. We will definitely be back!."

We were two couples and there was plenty of space and each bedroom had it's own bathroom, which was nice. "Great communication with the host. Nicole ensured that we will get to the property by offering a taxi service which was very convenient as we flew in after midnight. She checked on us during the stay. The house is licated in a very quiet area. Shirt drive/bus ride to the nearest gas station/store. I recommend it for a short stay. "

"I booked West coast private but due to a mix up ended up at the sister property South coast private. I was pleased with the apartment overall. It was comfortable, well stocked and beautifully decorated.There were lots of towels, beach chairs and good kitchen utensils. The property has a side view of beautiful Maxwell beach but it is very close to the street so at night you hear the ocean but also some street noise. I recommend including ice trays and adding a vanity for cosmetics. Linens...
