"Overall, a comfortable stay for a couple of days. The cabin was clean, the bed was comfortable (a king) and shower/bathroom very good. The kitchenette did not have a cook top (and we knew that when we reserved), but the microwave was adequate for our short stay. The setting is very pleasant, and views of the lake were a treat when we were out walking the dog. Recommend with caveats below.
Shortcomings: the Wi-Fi was slow when our next-door neighbors were around; cable TV connection was spotty,...

"We were in town for a wedding. Exceptional welcoming from Brandy. She even provided us with a book of things/places to go and handwritten personal recommendations. Grounds are gorgeous! Peaceful and right on the water. Fire pits, picnic tables and seats to simply relax right outside of your room/patio. The room was clean and loved the cabin decor. Only downside was the lack of hot water. You have every bit of 20 minutes before it’s a cold plunge lol. Gas station and Burger King a 2 min walk...

"Quiet. Away from everything. Which for me, was preferable. Not a bad hotel by any means, but the rooms could use some work, carpet is worn and doesn't feel great. Pillows were incredibly flat. Shower head and pressure wasn't great. No major concerns. For the price, Id stay again. Staff was friendly when you could actually find them."

"The staff were very nice and welcoming. The view of the lake from the front porch was beautiful. The staff took us on a pontoon boat of the lake which was relaxing and allowed us to see how calm and peaceful the lake is. I would recommend staying there."

Also, the curtains didn't close all the way only the sheers and it was a little bright in the morning
Other than that it was a very nice stay.
They did have a very nice selection for breakfast, bagels, eggs, sausage, pastries, cereal, a waffle maker etc"
