"Lovely cottage full of beautiful furnishings and art, adding a warm, cozy, and inspiring atmosphere. Host was so accommodating and made sure every convenience was available. Nearby Letchworth State Park was beautiful, full of scenic waterfalls and hiking trails. Hope to visit again, perhaps in the Fall!"

"Very clean, perfect for our two nights. The check in was easy and fast, and when we locked ourselves out, it took minutes for us to get rescued! Thank you again for that!The kitchen was great, loved the easy coffee maker! I only drink tea and used it for hot water, my husband could make coffee in it just as easy. Our hosts were great, left the AC on high for us, and let us check in an hour early. "

"This cabin is absolutely perfect! It is very clean and cozy, and is in a perfect location. We enjoyed the secluded location yet it is close enough to everywhere we had planned to go. The owner does an excellent job of communicating important information...better than any others that I have experienced. We really hope to return to the area in the future and will definitely be staying here again!"

"Perfect house for our visit to Letchworth Park!Our host, Anthony, was quick to check in, answer questions, and give great suggestions for visiting the area.The house is just lovely, and the lakeside backyard was the perfect setting for morning coffee and catching up with friends. So nice to have kayaks there for our use, too.When it was time to cook dinner, we wanted for nothing in the kitchen. Easy to find everything we needed, and the grill was right outside the door. "The Robin’s Nest is set on a hillside with a breathtaking view of the late afternoon/evening sun. Our space was unbelievable with appliances a plenty. We didn’t miss the TV. We would recommend for a quiet spot to enjoy a peaceful stay. Loved the chickens!"

"We stayed at this lakehouse to celebrate our daughter's Sweet 16th Birthday. My husband and myself brought our daughter who turned 16 while we were there, and 10 of her 16 year old girlfriends. We were there from July 8th, 2025 through July 11th, 2025. The property had more than enough room for all of our sleeping arrangements. "Another wonderful stay!! This house has everything!! "

"We had a great time getting away and off the grid for a bit! I did go through withdrawal from my cell, but then it made me focus on the beautiful scenery. The cabin was up high on a mountain, so make sure you have an all wheel drive vehicle. Had hot showers and a nice kitchenette with small frig. The big windows near the comfy bed was the best! There is a DD near by for your coffee fix too! But I learned how to use the old coffee perculator on the stove. Will be coming back soon!"

"This was a great place. Everything was as told and no issues. Communication was easy and no problem. Family / grandkids/ our kids and more. It was a wonder time. Highly recommended. We do live 20 minutes away BUT it was like a true vacation on the lake. This place does not disappoint!!"
