"예약 후 방문했음에도 불구하고 예약 확인이 안되어 30분 정도 기다릴수 밖에 없었고... 빌라에 도착했는데 청소중이라 바닥에는 물기가 그대로 있었으며 10분 넘게 또 기다릴수 밖에 없었습니다. 그리고 에어컨 내부 청결상태가 불량했고 침대 및 이불은 사용하기 싫을 정도였습니다. 좋은 위치, 풍경, 가격대의 고품질 빌라로써 개선을 했으면 좋겠네요"

"호텔스 닷컴에서 chalet swiss 예약했으나 아마 이미 방이 나간관계로 비슷한 급의 Chalet Mebel?배정받음. 장점 : 저렴한 가격. 산속별장 스타일 익스테리어. 영어는 안되지만 비교적 친절한 느낌직원. (구글번역기 사용) 고맙게도 10시 얼리체크인을 그냥 해줌. 이미 다른식당에서 먹고와서 먹지는 못했지 만 지나가다가 본 바베큐가 괜찮아 보였음. 단점 : 객실관리 상태는 하 (휴지보충, 샴푸보충, 침구류 청결상태 등) (사실 가격때문에 기대는 안함) 목조 건축물 및 주변환경상 곤충이나 벌레가 나올수 있음. "For a cheap style hotel located on the far outskirts of Hanoi it was surprisingly good. The rooms are large, air-conditioned and have two big double beds (hard matresses) and a small private bathroom (a bit run down but good hot water). Room even has a smart TV....but that's about it. Located in a very quiet street but very limited food options, especially after dark. We used it as a stop over from Cat Ba to SaPa which was ideal. Much better than the over populated and way too busy Hanoi Old...
