"The staff were nice and helpful in the few interactions I had, and room service was okay. Breakfast was very basic, just some fruit and muffins, but at least it was available.
That said, the building is clearly old and it shows. The room and hallways felt very dark, and the carpets were badly stained, which gave the place an overall feeling of not being very clean. The room had a kitchen, which is convenient, but the appliances and equipment looked very old and worn out.

"It’s a large hotel, I liked many things. I liked that the lobby is large and spaced out with seating scattered throughout. The customer service desk staff were great too, super friendly and eager to help.
