"It was my first visit to China. I travel a lot and trust me when I say it that THIS hotel is Excellent. From the first email I sent to the reservation and their incredibly prompt respond, to the transport arrangement from the airport organized to by the concierge to the fastest check in done by Sunny, who was the most gracious and professional ever, to then to Jason, my butler who helped me with choosing the perfect room with the view! Fernando at the restaurant was very friendly and helpful...

"We had an incredible stay - would highly recommend the hotel. The reception staff were absolutely wonderful and made the stay perfect.
There was a female receptionist who was amazing. There was an evening where we were exhausted and wanted to order food in the room. We couldn't work out how to use the apps, the receptionist was able to order us food within 10 mins. She also helped us with booking our first didi/taxi and giving advice on the easiest/quickest routes for stuff. "

"Staff were very helpful, pleasant & welcoming. The hotel is next to YuYuan garden, lovely area with lights in the evening, lots of shops nearby for meals & other shopping. Central convenient location for other sights.
The hotel is very clean, our stay of 2 nights was pleasant & comfortable. Robot delivered coffee pods for the keurig coffee machine when we ran out. I would definitely return to stay on our next visit to Shanghai. "
