The staff was, by far, the complete package for delivering exemplary customer satisfaction. I felt that each of them were dedicated to providing assistance for every aspect of the stay. I really appreciated their individual efforts to make my stay one of my most enjoyable stays at a hotel!

I do not see this as a family or vacation hotel at all.
breakfast it is just ok, service a bit confused and not very accurate. Food is of decent quality but nothing exceptional.
reception staff sober and kind.
rooms are sufficiently sized but the decor is a bit cold for a 5 stars.
restaurant area very nice, and food is nice despite the very limited menu.

"Ottimo mini appartamento con tutti i servizi: lavatrice, lavastoviglie, cucina attrezzata anche se manca qualcosina tipo tostapane qualche coltello che taglia e una cappa fumi e luce zona cottura ma questi sono consigli non critiche. Anche una scopa per pavimenti.
A un km c'è un grade centro commerciale e proprio sotto casa un mini market. L'ho trovato molto comodo lo consiglio.la gestione molto cordiale e disponibile"

El hotel está ubicado a 8 minutos caminando del centro de Katowice y de la zona de restaurantes y a 5 minutos del museo de Silesia. Muy recomendable."

"Ein gut ausgestattetes Apartment. Alles vorhanden und sehr sauber. Ästhetisch und ansprechend. Wir fühlten uns sehr wohl.
Zwei kleine Mängel: Uhr ging nicht - Batterie schnell gewechselt, behoben.
Abfluss verstopft - "Kret" hat geholfen :)
Direkt vor der Haustür ein "Zabka"-Geschäft mit sehr kundenfreundlichen Öffnungszeiten, großer Auswahl und sehr gutem Kaffee.
Parkplatz direkt vor der Tür.

Although there wasn't a/c in our rooms, the standing fans helped a lot. The breakfast was fantastic and the staff were kind and helpful. The location was perfect as there was a shopping center next door, and we could easily find supplies for our service project. "This hotel and staff were wonderful! There was plenty of free parking and clean environment. The hotel was very convenient to all roads. One of the most amazing things was the breakfast buffet, which was the most extensive variety of choices I've ever seen. Also, the staff was warm and very professional making my stay so much more pleasant."

Nieszczęście miła obsługa dała przenośny grzejnik ale z zepsutym termostatem :( poza tym obok co noc do 2-giej nad ranem była impreza. I nie można było liczyć na pomoc recepcji :( w hotelu przydałby się chociaż mały barek- w okolicy brak knajpek. Jedynie pizzeria 500m
