Fint, ærverdig hotell i Venezia. Litt gammelt og slitt rom, men hyggelig personale og god frokost.

Rolig sted. Ligger litt gjemt inni mellom andre bygninger. Frokost ikke iht norske forhold. Denne var dårlig. Ikke nødvendig å bruke penger på denne. Veldig hjelpsomt personale.

We loved our room and it was the most beautiful hotel with the best location so accessible to everything

This was a beautiful property in the northern part of Venice. It was great that it accommodated our family of 5 and our kids loved that the room had 2 floors. It had a great breakfast with a lot of options. It is about a 25 minute walk to the Rialto bridge and about 40 minute walk to Doge Palace. Walking around is a great way to see and experience the city, but if you are going to want to see the main sights on the opposite side of the city you may want to get the 24 hour water bus pass. Online told me that walking would be the fastest way to get around, but with 3 kids I would have preferred to take the water bus more often to let them rest their legs. It was within easy walking distance to a water bus stop (S. Alvise) and an Alilaguna (airport water boat transfer) stop (Madonna del'Orto). The wifi worked well, but be aware that cell service is spotty around Venice. The hotel will give you a paper map, but downloading the Venice map in Google maps in advance will help you navigate.
