Family Pool Villa At The Heart Of Sifnos

Beautiful traditional villa with a private pool built in modern style and located at the edge of lively Apollonia, the island's capital in the village of Katavati. Ideal for 2 or 3 families with kids, just next to the island's center and 15min from most of the island’s popular beaches.
verlooking the mountains with Prophet Ilias monastery at the peak, the house is just a few minutes walk from Apollonia. Offering complete isolation from all tourist attractions, this stunning villa gives its guests the opportunity to relax in its spacious private lounging areas and veranda while taking a refreshing dip in the pool. The inside of the house is designed in its own unique way in two levels. It includes 4 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms on the 1st floor and 1 master bedroom, a bathroom, a large living and dining room and a fully equipped kitchen on the ground floor. There is also a separate guest room with an en suite bathroom. A pool bathroom is also available at the pool veranda. All bedrooms are fully air-conditioned and have large ceiling fans .
The modern pool provides a cool and inviting respite from the heat while bestowing upon its visitors a wonderful view of the open countryside and neighbouring mountains. This traditional villa is a true Greek gem!

Lovely house in great location!

We loved our stay in this beautiful comfortable home in a great location in Sifnos. We would have stayed longer if we could. Bring your bug spray. Some nights were hard to sleep in the downstairs room due to bug bites!

6 adult couples

This property is fabulous, homey, with tons of patio room to spread out. We loved that each couple had their own bedroom. A few rooms shared a bathroom, but there’s a full bath next to the pool, which we also used daily. We walked to 2 decent markets to buy items for breakfast, ice and liquor. The sunrise from the upper deck was just lovely with our morning coffee. We hired a private chef, and he shared that it was one of the best stocked kitchens in the area! It’s a big walk down to Apollonia only because of the hill to walk back home, but we did it every day. (Wear good shoes!). We rented e-bikes and could walk to the vendor—highly recommend! Don’t hesitate to rent this home.

Love this villa! It is quiet and tranquil. It is so close to supermarket and Apollonia is in walking distance. There are a lot of great dining options and we can also cook ourselves.

JolieVilla spacieuse pour de superbes vacances

Nous avons passé un excellent séjour dans cette magnifique villa idéalement située près d’apollonia! Proche des commerces et transports, cette villa est très bien équipée et joliement décorée. Merci à Konstantinos pour ses attentions à notre arrivée ( eau fraîche, glaçons, serviette….) et sa disponibilité tout au long du séjour. A noter que la villa se situe dans un hameau avec voisinage donc vigilance au bruit le soir. Encore merci Konstantinos pour ce séjour inoubliable !

Beautiful home at the top of the hill

Seamless check-in and check out, and a beautiful space to spend time on the island. Quiet location at the top of the hill leading down to the restaurants and buzz of Appolonia. We will be daydreaming of this wonderful space for years to come.

Tasteful and Comfortable Villa Katavati

Our group of seven family members had a very enjoyable stay at this comfortable, tastefully decorated, and perfectly located villa. We enjoyed being in the quiet location with the ease of walking to the convenient markets and to all the restaurants and shops on the ancient pathway and steps to Apollonia. The outdoor area had many spaces for relaxation and dining and for swimming in the pool of course! The beds were comfortable and the kitchen and bathrooms were well stocked with essentials. The housekeeper was very pleasant and efficient. The owner was responsive and helpful during the booking process and throughout our stay. We’d love to stay there again sometime!

Excellent high standard villa in good location

As a group of mature friends we really appreciated the tastefully decorated villa with its many spaces to rest and enjoy the surroundings. There are not many villas with swimming pool in sifnos, so this was a real find and very reasonably priced. 2 supermarkets very close by. Highly recommended.

Stylish, comfortable, peaceful - villa Katavati is wonderful

Konstantinos and Eleni have created a wonderful home and we loved our stay. I looked at all the similar houses on the island of similar size and their house was by far the best. Super comfy, super stylish, peaceful and lovely. I stayed there with my parents and two small kids and they accommodated all our requests, and were always in communication, can’t recommend this place enough.

Perfect place to enjoy beautiful Sifnos!

The Konstantinos villa was the perfect home base for my group of six for our stay in Sifnos. The home is beautiful, open, airy and clean. We enjoyed sitting on the patio and watching the sun set over the Sifnos hills. The kitchen is well appointed and the bedrooms clean and bright. The location can't be beat - steps from the cute village of Apollonia and there is a bus stop nearby for exploring the rest of the island. The Konstantinos were incredibly responsive and helpful in booking and throughout our stay. We were met at check in by their friendly housekeeper and daughter who let us on and showed us around. Our group absolutely loved Sifnos and this beautiful home was a big part of our experience. We hope to be back!

Exceeded all expectations - wonderful

The photographs do not do justice to this beautiful house. It is extremely comfortable and the rooms are set out in such a way that 10 people/ 2 families can holiday together with plenty of space and privacy. It is the perfect location - peaceful and yet easy walking distance down the steps to the buzzing centre Apollonia where there are wonderful bars and restaurants- Jewellry, pottery and clothes shops. There are also plenty of food shops in easy walking distance. We hired a car and explored most beaches on the island. I’ve stayed in Sifnos several times before but not for twenty years it is even better than I remember. Konstantinos the owner was very helpful and communication was extremely easy. We also engaged the wonderful Luciana and her daughter Daphne to come in a few times a week for housekeeping they were very helpful and friendly. I would highly recommend this house and hope to return.

Nous avons passé un excellent séjour dans cette belle maison : spacieuse, très fonctionnelle, rien ne manque. De très beaux espaces, grandes terrasses, pièces très lumineuses, nombreux endroits à vivre. Peut sans difficultés accueillir 10 personnes : tout est clean, chambres spacieuses, salles de bain agréables, cuisine bien équipée. Bien située, dans un environnement calme, à proximité de commerces et du centre d'Apollonia. A recommander.

Beautiful and peaceful location to gather family or friends in the heart of incredible hiking trails

Konstantinos is an attentive host, readily available to assist before, during, and after your visit. This beautiful Sifnos home was able to comfortably hold our 3 couples with room for more if needed. We loved the building style and decor and took a number of pictures to help us duplicate the comfortable features in our summer places back home. The outdoor space was well used, including the charcoal barbecue. The trails on Sifnos are incredibly well marked and close to the front door. I know that others have warned us to say that Sifnos is terrible because it is truly a treasure and a secret destination of many island seekers. Oops...Sifnos and this home were highlights of our Grecian journey.
