Què no li ha agradat: Neteja, entrada i precisió de l’anunci
Let me tell you from front to inside to backyard.First of all,Early check in is 20 per hour. They were supposed to send the access door code 15’ prior to check in time. I paid 20 and waited until it passed 15’ after the check in time meaning I paid 20 for 45’ early not 1 hour. After getting the actual key from the lockbox, the front door did not work so I had to use the crooked side door to access garage to enter the house thru the kitchen. The very musty smell catches everyone’s nose. The whole kitchen is very tiny, the microwave is crooked and you can feel it is falling on you, all furnitures are very outdated. I almost fell off one of the chairs, beds are not comfortable, you can hear the squeeze noise when toss and turn at night. The TV was not properly secured so when we touched it slightly, it fell off and we had to secure it back on. Talking about backyard…. None of us could enjoy the hot tub or fire pit due to a jungle of mosquitos, days and nights. It was raining for first 2 days and we could not go to the beach so we decided to use the hot tub and unable to do so. Everything about this house is like a joke. If you can put this listing on rental, please repair all broken parts and get rid of the musty smell. All the pictures on the website is very attractive however none of them matches the reality. So I will NOT waste my money on this property anymore, it was a mistake to book this house. The trip was destroyed!!!!
