As you arrive at your piece of paradise, take the elevator or stairs to the main living floor, where you’ll find a large great room with a fully equipped kitchen and island seating, a bright seating area with sofas and a TV, a chic dining room table, and a balcony that overlooks the pool. Just down the hall is a half bathroom, and for your convenience, there is a washer and dryer to keep your beach towels and clothes clean. Additionally, there is a ping pong table and a foosball table.

On the third floor is a second living room with a TV and five bedrooms. The primary bedroom offers a peaceful retreat with a private balcony, an ensuite bathroom with a double vanity, and a walk-in shower with unique tiles. Three upstairs bedrooms have King beds, TVs, and adorable ensuite bathrooms with walk-in showers. The fifth bedroom is designed for the kiddos with a bunk bed and an ensuite bathroom with a shower and tub combination, and this room has a balcony. On the lower level are the remaining two bedrooms featuring King beds, plenty of closet space, and ensuite bathrooms with walk-in showers.

Had a great stay…. The house was beautiful and very close to the restaurants, shops, bars and beach. Communication was excellent, house was stocked with the essentials. One minor hiccup was a broken dishwasher but for my group, it was just aa easy to hand wash our dishes. Very clean and plenty of room for everyone.

The house was perfect for a big group of girls. Everyone had their own beds and bathrooms. Walking distance to the beach and to the bars. Only thing I would add is a key pad with a code on the garage doors since the front door lock was tricky sometimes

I am handicap so that is why I got the house with the elevator. I was told on my way to Florida that the elevator was broke, but they had ordered parts. Because of no elevator, I was mainly housebound and the cable was out for one and a half day. The house is beautiful. The area is beautiful, but I was not a happy camper. I didn’t get to see my family having a good time cause it caused my hip to flare up in my sciatic to be inflamed also I had to have X-rays and am still in pain from having to use stairs no matter what I wanted to do. Also my bed was broke. The handyman tries to fix it last night but it broke again. I feel after several complaints they should’ve offered us to stay somewhere else when they couldn’t fix the elevator. I waited a long to have this vacation with my family to only enjoy it through pictures.

Great friends getaway

Four couples with 7 total kids 5 and under. The kids loved the pool and the slide feature - it was the right size for that age range. Maybe a little on the small end for older kids or adults only unless the goal is simply to cool off since you're just down the road from one of the nicest beaches on Earth.Quick walk to the village or the beaches. Only downside seems to be early am trash pick-up which can be a little noisy.Every bedroom is en suite and having laundry on both the second and third floors was a HUGE help. There is no ground floor bathroom (my guess is in the event of flooding) but the work-around easy. Elevator is a great feature for loading and unloading your luggage or groceries.

Beautiful House

We loved spending our family vacation at Talk to the Sand! The house was beautiful and very clean. We enjoyed hanging out at the pool and it was so handy to only have a 6 min walk to the beach. Also it was so handy to have all the beach chairs we needed along with a beach wagon and coolers! If we needed supplies, the grocery store was right down the street. It was fun walking the streets of Siesta Key Village… would definitely recommend trying out The Cottage Restaurant! We would definitely recommend staying here!

A few comments

The house sleeps 14, however, the cookware was not condusive to cooking for the 9 we had there. It would be nice for an extra large pot to make pasta, maybe a couple more larger serving bowls/plates. Lots of dishes and the kitchen was very nice! The pool did not have much sun in the afternoon, but it was still nice to come back to. The bars/restaurants are right across the street, so, small children or light sleepers should take the back bedrooms, as garbage is collected from the dumpsters before 6 am daily. With that said, it was nice to walk everywhere, beach access very close! Other than these few things, the house is beautiful, well equipped and convenient!

POOL ISSUES

House was not clean upon arrival. Pool and hot tub were shut down after small tiles began to fall off 1st day. No communication was made for a whole next day until we repeatedly asked for answers. We were finally told it was for our safety, but felt this was a poor excuse as we were not informed all day and tile was left on side of pool. No attempt was made to resolve this small issue so the pool could get up and running. This resulted in us not having a pool for the majority of our stay (the main reason we booked the house). A small refund was given to us but but we did not feel it sufficient for the inconvenience that was caused which ruined a big part of our vacation. -Although you will be told extensively that there is a noise ordinance and that this applies to the whole town, Expect to hear loud music and loud people walking by or out of the establishments until late at night seemingly intoxicated yelling nightly. This house is one street behind the bars and restaurants and you will 100% hear the music at night while trying to go to sleep. -You will not be able to put the heat or the air conditioning above or below preset temperatures set by property management. I'd check these prior to your trip to ensure they meet your comfort levels. - The back yard doesn't have any area to sun or lay out. The patio is 100% covered, and if you want sun; you'll be forced to go into the pool. If they don't shut it off…
