This beautiful 2 bedroom, 2 full bath condo sleeps 6 and is located directly on one of the TOP 10 BEACHES IN THE WORLD!

Siesta Key has been a family favorite place for many years and once you stay here you will want to come back! Crescent Arms is a gated community, and this unit is literally steps to the sugary white sand. It is in a great location with a short walk to restaurants, a marina, an ice cream shop, grocery store, a liquor store and bars, live music, shops, and more! Another great adventure won’t cost you a thing! This unit is a short walk to the point of rocks where you can find beautiful shells and sea treasures.

You will be very comfortable in every room with all updated beds, living and dining area furniture & comfortable new lanai furniture. The master bedroom has a king size bed, flat screen tv, and plenty of storage. The second bedroom offers 2 full size beds, flat screen tv and great storage as well. The brand-new kitchen offers a refrigerator/freezer with ice maker, stove, oven, dishwasher, and microwave. There are two all updated full baths, one with a tub/shower and one with a walk-in shower. The living and dining areas are very open with beautiful views of the beach and the screened lanai is the perfect place for relaxing any time of day!

The wonderfully comfortable chairs on the balcony overlooking the beach. Great place to read.The comfortable furniture in the living room helped a great deal. We came to Florida to relax and enjoy the beach. This condo made it easy to achieve our goals.

Family vacation

We had a great stay at this condo. It’s perfect if you just need a home base in between excursions. The beach is incredible, with white sand and beautiful, clear water. Make sure you reserve your chairs at 7:30 on the dot because the good ones go quickly. Would recommend this Vrbo to other families looking for a nice place to stay in siesta key.

Beautiful sunsets at Siesta Key

We especially enjoyed watching sunsets on the screened in lanai each night. Living and sleeping spaces were very comfortable. The kitchen was well-stocked with appliances, dishes and cookware to make meal preparation very easy. Great hosts answered questions and solved problems immediately. We loved this place and would definitely re-book.

Beautiful view

The condo is just as advertised. Perfect location and what a beautiful view from the balcony. The kitchen is well equipped with all you need for eating in. Very clean. Would definitely recommend staying here.

Excellent well appointed condo!

We have stayed at Crescent Arms for the past 10 years, first time in this condo. It was by far the nicest one we’ve stayed in. The furniture is in excellent condition, the bed was extremely comfortable. Kitchen and bathroom were great.. bunch of little things that made this stay great!

Perfect Getaway

We were all very pleased with our stay at Kevin and Missy’s lovely condo. The view was fantastic and you could hear the soothing waves from the ocean while enjoying the gorgeous sunset. The kitchen was well-equipped so we had everything we needed to have meals in when we wanted to. The condo building, pool and beach area were well-maintained. When we did not want to drive, we caught the trolley and enjoyed the delights of the little downtown area. We would definitely stay at Crescent Arms again.

We had a family gathering at Siesta Key. The condo had the best view on the beach. The condo is very well appointed. We could easily walk for coffee and restaurants. The owners were lovely and kept me informed. Thanks for sharing your lovely condo.

Awesome Stay

Owners were very responsive to questions prior to check in and sent a welcome text. We drove 13 hours from Virginia for a weeks vacation. Our stay was excellent. The condo has an awesome view! It’s right on the beach. Convenient to shopping and restaurants. Gated community. You can catch the trolly to town right outside the gate. Everything was nice and clean.

Property is as pictured. Right on the beach, beautiful view, kitchen stocked well. Kevin was very prompt with the couple questions we had. Easy walk to the south key shops/ restaurant area. Definitely a great place to stay.

Wonderful week at the beach!

My husband and I stayed in the condo during the first week of February, 2023. We loved being beachfront and enjoyed being able to reserve our beach lounges every morning. We paid for the umbrella rental for the week. The condo was clean and quiet, and the gated community was extremely safe. Owner was easy to communicate with. We played tennis every day at the public tennis courts at the beach about a mile away. We would definitely rent this unit again. Thank you for sharing it with us.

Property was as described /pictured. Right on the beach, beautiful view, kitchen stocked well,. Owner was in contact /easily accessible even though we had no issues and didn't need to contact them. I would stay here again!
