With a shared heated pool, an unbeatable location just a 3-minute walk from Siesta Key Village, and a mere 1-minute walk to the pristine Siesta Key Beach, Sea Esta is your ultimate gateway to an unforgettable vacation.

Featuring 3 bedrooms and 2 full baths, including 1 master bedroom, Sea Esta provides ample space to comfortably accommodate up to 8 guests. The sleeping arrangements consist of 1 king bed and 3 queen beds, all equipped with high-quality linens to ensure a restful night's sleep.

To ensure a seamless start to your vacation, we provide a starter pack of toiletry essentials, including shampoo, conditioner, hand/face soap, body lotion, and makeup wipes. A starter pack of essential supplies, such as dish soap, a dish sponge, dishwasher tablets, laundry tablets, and cleaning wipes, is also included for your convenience.

Sea Esta features a screened-in balcony with cozy lounging furniture, allowing you to enjoy the warm island breeze. We go above and beyond the industry standard for cleanings with our multi-tiered cleaning protocol within our CottageClean Program. After our six hour in-depth cleaning of your home, we complete a 35 point property inspection to ensure that you feel tremendously safe and happy with this amazing home. This allows you to vacation worry free regarding the cleanliness of your home and truly relax as soon as you arrive. Our goal is to have you feel like you are walking into a brand new vacation home that no one has ever stayed at before!

NEED TO KNOW: This home is a part of a duplex unit, meaning that it could share a dividing wall, floor, ceiling, outdoor space, and/or amenities with another unit(s). When renting this unit, you will have access to the backyard pool area along with the left side of the building. This pool is heated from November 15th to April 15th. Contact us directly for more information regarding any shared space for this vacation property.

First time to Siesta Key - wanted to support this area after the devastating hurricane. Interestingly enough, there was still debris on the property and nearby streets from the hurricane. A neighborhood cleanup could have it cleaned in an hour. Cons first. The value of the VRBO for what we paid, doesn’t match up. We had a fun stay, but for what we paid, we could have found a better place. The nights were cold and the house had only two extra blankets for 4 beds. The blanket had not been washed after the last guest used it, as was obvious by the smell (gag!). A light was constantly blinking next door - I texted the property managers three times and they said they would talk to the property manager.Dusty! Anything high up was not touched by the cleaners. Water temp reversed on kitchen sink. Debris in pool upon arrivalTile ripped out going into main door. From hurricane damage - understandable. Motion light outside was out. Hard to find because house number is inside fence. 2nd bathroom tub/shower not good. Low water pressure. Minimal water pressure from sinks and showers. No option to recycle.Trash in front and back of house that I cleaned up. Pros: Location - short walk to beach and Siesta VillageSpacious enough for 3 people Parking Washer and dryer in unitScreened in deck Mostly clean Well stocked kitchen Heated pool Small dogs accepted

Sea Esta was a great spot for our family as we gathered to celebrate our son's wedding.It was both beautiful and comfortable. Easy access to the beach and town, enough space to gather before events, parking, all make it a spot easy to recommend!

upon arrival we found the washer full of mold which made me really nervous because l had to wash my baby clothes in there. They finally changed it after my second request ,but at that point l didn't need the washer anymore because we left the next day. The coffee machine is broken also. The property looks good but they need to be more careful about such indispensable and important things for their guests.

Solid choice for a family vacation. The property was a block from the beach and a block from the village. The property had everything you will need to have a great time at the beach and pool. And the kitchen was properly stocked as well. We would stay here again.

This property was so accommodating to all you needs, it has all the little conveniences of beach chairs to bikes to make staying here so easy. The 2 min walk to eat, shop or the beach was exactly as it said. The personal attention such as the cupcakes was above and beyond what was expected.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay in Siesta Key. The house was spotless, all the restaurants and shopping were walkable. The house came with all the beach chairs, toys, coolers, etc. that we needed for a day at the beach which was awesome! We would definitely stay again.
