This beautifully appointed 2-bedroom, 2-bathroom condo features a spacious primary ensuite with a King-size bed, along with a guest bedroom offering two Queen size beds. The unit includes a large living area, a dedicated dining space, and a fully equipped kitchen with all appliances and granite countertops. The condo also features three large flat-screen televisions and central heating and air conditioning for year-round comfort. Wonderful vacation in great location

This review does not apply to the unit pictured. We actually stayed in 14N at Island House Beach Resort, which was a beautiful, immaculate, well-appointed unit. Originally we had reserved the unit pictured, but shortly after the reservation had been made, we were notified that it was not available and selected 14N instead.

Gorgeous View, Right On the Beach

We loved this condo. We normally stay at Palm Bay Club, but have found a new favorite with this Island House condo. The beach access was perfect, the pool was so much nicer then the picture, everything was perfect. The only issue we had, is the owner had given out parking passes to our unit, so we came back after dinner to our parking spot taken. I'd hardly dock the owner a star for this, as I'm sure they probably told their friends to only use the parking if unit was not occupied. Just a suggestion, maybe have friends check and make sure unit is not occupied. Other then that, wouldn't stop us from staying again.

Location and view= AWESOME!

Loved the view from the condo and the proximity to the beautiful white sands of the beach! We were a little disappointed about how the chairs were left scattered over the beach overnight and that the sand was not smoothed over everyday for a fresh new daily look. However, that’s something we could overlook since we loved the location!

Awesome

Loved the location—the beach was just steps away from the screened in porch. Everything was clean and well-maintained. It was everything we wanted—private and quiet—for a relaxing few days away. We each had our own bedroom (there were only two of us) so there was plenty of room, and the kitchen was more than adequate for the two of us as well. It was great to have a covered parking spot as well as a “guest spot” for family who lived nearby who came to see us while we were in town. Side note—Ed, the one maintenance worker we saw every day, couldn’t have been friendlier and more helpful! On the whole, it was just a great facility and we’d definitely book it again!

Exceeded our expectations!

The location of this rental property could not have been any better. The view of the ocean was incredible. It was so well stocked with everything we needed to cook during our stay. We will definitely be back and will share this info with our friends as well!!
