The view from this condo is fantastic! Lots of boat traffic going by and beautiful sunrises every morning. Very comfortable beds and the trundle under the guest bed was perfect for our grandkids' visit. Loved the quiet and privacy of this building. Very comfortable sofa with power recliners and matching chair. Nicely renovated bathroom. This was our second stay in Midnight Cove II and the property is beautifully maintained. We enjoyed the pickleball courts, the pool and Happy Hour every Friday afternoon. While there is private beach access across the street, be aware that there is technically no area of the beach where guests from Midnight Cove II can sit other than right at the high tide line. But we did sit at the beach most days without a problem. Things that could've been better: The built in microwave doesn't work but there was a second one on the counter. Furniture on the lanai is in bad need of replacement. No beach chairs were provided but on request, the management company immediately delivered some as well as extra towels. Be aware that key pick up and drop off is up in the Village. When we arrived we had to pay extra to have our Uber driver take us to the office for the key and then sit in traffic to get to the condo. Same story to drop off the key the morning we were leaving. So unnecessary when keypad locks are the norm for most VRBO rentals. Even a realtor lockbox on the door would be an improvement. We are looking forward to our next trip to Midnight Cove II!

Second time we stayed here. The property management company is a lot better than the first time we stayed. Any issues were taken care of immediately, and there were follow ups as well. The unit needs a few updates. There is a large tree that has grown and cover up most of the view. Carpet in bedrooms are worn, and porch chairs need replacing, as well as some cushions for the outdoor table chairs. But overall, the location and space are great.

Enjoyed stay at property

The property was clean with great view of boats thru canal. Wish there were elevators to 3rd floor. Hard lugging up suitcases up stairs. The pickup and drop off of keys not on property.

Ok but not great for the price

The place was nice but a hike to the beach. Had to walk to third floor ( didn’t know as I’d had a recent knee replacement). The deck had a lovely view but very uncomfortable high top chairs only & once I locked the door couldn’t reopen it. Needed wd40. No place in cupboard to put food but many duplicates of kitchen items which could be culled. Hard to find place to pick up keys - GPS didn’t send us to the right spot & unit was then hard to find in the dark. Never did figure out how to get tv in living room to work.

Great location! Beautiful view!

This is our second time staying at this property! The Location is perfect. The view from the porch is gorgeous in the mornings. The place has everything you need for a great week in beautiful siesta key! The only negative thing was we had to pick up and drop off the keys at the office that is not located on the property. With flying out early in the morning this made it vary inconvenient when getting Ubers that morning. Also i sent several messages via VRBO and never received an answer. I always had to call the office of the rental office. Which VRBO tells you not to do but if i didn't i wouldn't have got answers. With this being said i would rent again but definitely make arrangements ahead for dropping off those keys!

Beautiful Bay View

Longer walk to the beach but totally worth it. Clearest water I’ve ever seen. Beautiful bay view morning and evening. Lots of boat traffic to watch going and coming. Very nice pool. Lots of privacy.
