To help preserve the home's beautiful hardwood floors, we kindly ask guests to remove their shoes while indoors. The natural limestone terraces stay cool underfoot—even on warm Florida days—making barefoot indoor-outdoor living part of the Casa Tropicana experience.

Guest Access

Guests enjoy exclusive privacy of the house, private heated saltwater pool and spa, pool cabana, outdoor kitchen, fitness area, and all outdoor living spaces. The owner's unit will be unoccupied during all guest stays.

Pets

Approved dogs are welcome but must remain on the first floor to help protect the hardwood flooring. A dog gate is provided, and guests are responsible for ensuring pets do not access the second floor.
