"This is an older historical hotel that has been remodeled into suites. We were offered root beer floats in the evening, sat around the unusual four sided fireplace and visited with other guests. We enjoyed looking at all the pictures of movie stars that had stayed there in the past."

"Our unit didn’t have any views. To enjoy the lake view, you need to walk about 2 minutes toward the back of the property. It gets very dark at night, so it may not be ideal for elderly guests or those unfamiliar with the area. The cabin was cozy, beds are comfortable and it has everything you need. "

"This is a very unique hotel experience in the desert, which I absolutely loved. The manager, Alice, was also the cook and waitress. She was so friendly, and we had great conversations during my stay. The room was recently renovated and was very comfortable. I liked the porch, where I could sit and look at the mountains and the desert. I kind of wish I stayed in a teepee."
