This suite was well equipped with dishes and pots and pans. A family member stayed in this suite , we stayed in another. I prefer the furniture in this suite better. There’s also window in the bedroom where ours did not have a window. The building is quiet and centrally located in Sydney.

First the good... location is terrific. If you want to stay in downtown Sydney near the waterfront, the location is perfect. Now the not-so good... many of our VRBO stays have given us the feeling that the owner is really trying. This one - not so much. The process of getting in is sketchy at best, involving a walk down a long alley, going into a corner between buildings, and choosing the right lock box out of 7 or 8. The lockbox was hard to open and given the way it is hung it collects rainwater. Can't be good for a fob. Two of us stayed for 3 nights and there was one hand towel and no soap for the shower. It wasn't until we were cleaning up on the last morning that we found the bath mat in the supply closet. The sheets and towels are thin. There are no hooks anywhere in the bathroom. The bedroom is tiny and we had to move the bed a bit so we could both get into bed. There is one small table with no drawers and no reading lamp. There was no bureau and no drawers at all except in the kitchen. The seating in the living room was not very comfortable. The living room curtain gave no real sense of visual privacy. The parking was on the street but the city limits parking to 2-hours during the day. Finally, many of the messages we received tended towards the punitive... do this thing or that thing or you will be fined. Overall, the lodging had a definite corporate feel with no real sense of warmth. But the location was great...

Location is great. A few issues - almost zero toilet paper. Bedding for sofa bed was a challenge- no blanket and the top sheet found hanging dripping wet in bedroom closet (didn’t understand that at all).

Nice, new, clean condo. Comfy sofa, big kitchen, and everything you need for a comfortable stay. The check in process is multi-step, but the instructions and photos are extremely helpful. The location is perfect -- easily walkable to all of the Sidney core.

Property was great. A few items were in very low supply for our stay of 16 nights. Not nearly enough toilet paper, paper towels or garbage bags. Only one dish cloth available. Towel supply was great. We found parking to be in poor supply in general area without moving our vehicle regularly and therefore choose to pay the extra fee. However I think people would appreciate parking being provided within the original charge. All in all we had a good stay.

Great condo in downtown Sidney, very clean and well cared for. Super location, close to the water, coffee shops, shopping and restaurants. Would definitely stay here again in the future.

We stayed in this condo for 4 nights. It was a great space, very clean and easy to get to access to.I would highly recommend this condo.

This was an ideal location for the downtown area, close to all amenities. The local host was easy to work with and walked me thru access to the unit. Internally the unit had all I needed however the bedroom is quite small with narrow clearance between bed and walls which could be an issue if you have mobility problems.

Overall impression is good as the location is very convenient to go around Sidney and also to Downtown. The property is clean and tidy when we moved in. As it is located on 2nd floor facing the car park area, there is noisiness from the car park during the day. However, we have the following comments to share: 1. The amenities supply is low and insufficient for a booking to stay for 15 nights, such as only given 2 toilet rolls, 3 cubes for dish washing and clothes washing. Only left over shampoos found. We need to buy toilet rolls, garbage bags, shampoos, clothes detergent etc. for our stay. 2. No extra bath towels, bed sheets are provided. Only one set of towel is given to each person. Need extra efforts to wash and dry the towels and bed sheets. It is very inconvenient for tourists to spend time doing all these cleaning. 3. We have reported for the missing of the blow dryer which is supposed to provide but no response on this. 4. One key fob is given for access and very inconvenient for two people to use one access device as they may not going out together. 5. Should consider the length of stay and the no of people staying to provide sufficient amenities and arrangement to ease the stay.
