"Great location and the apartment was well equipped. The only downside was that the elevator was not working so climbing the stairs all the way up to the apartment was a workout especially with luggage. Their teams assistance with carrying up the suitcases was greatly appreciated!!!"

"I had booked this apartment for myself, daughter and 2 young grandkids based on their good reviews and because it was close to my sister's home in the High Street Kensington area. It was clean and cozy and equipped with all the necessary amenities.. And the host ,Moe ,was very pleasant communicating with me through text and checking me in. I highly recommend it for any short or long term stay in London ...so check this place out, everyone!"

"24時間スタッフがいることは心強いし、部屋もとっても広くて必要なものが全て揃ってた。場所も治安が良さそうだったし、洗濯機も使い方簡単だった。色々な観光地へも地下鉄ですぐにいけるし、交通のべんがよかったし、ヒースロー空港にも地下鉄1本でいける。近くにcoopやM&Sもあるので部屋で料理することもできる。
セーフティーボックスの使い方がわからなくてスタッフにも聞いたけどうまく動かなかったが、治安が悪くないからスーツケースに鍵かけて管理することで問題なかった。バスタブもありがたかった
