"Not as advertised, could not fit 7 grown people... only room for 4 in beds then had 1 fold-down futon and a click clack sofabed... should be advertised for 4 plus a young child. Interesting set up in the matted bedroom, but those beds were comfy! Did feel like you were in someone else's home and they just stepped out for a minute. Good if very small people, shower very small. Mold in small shower too."

"This was a fantastic place to stay: clean, comfortable, and in an excellent location just around the corner from Shakespeare’s Birthplace. Although it is in the pedestrian-friendly walking district, parking was still easy and convenient. And the location is great for exploring town. The host provided excellent directions for getting in, which made arrival simple and stress-free. The space had a very nice layout and everything felt thoughtfully arranged.
