"Great place very well kept up! The only thing that was slightly irritating was being asked to strip the beds at the end of our stay. Otherwise this was a fantastic stay. "

"So the RV was fairly clean, but leveling was way off and the potty water tank overflowed and created an unsanitary condition inside the RV. Also it was really cold with insufficient heating. The heater didnt seem to work in the RV and the small heater they provided didnt keep it warm either. So we had no bathroom and heat. The only awesome parts of this was the farm and kangaroo we got to pet and feed and take pics with. Thats why i am not giving just 1 star. I really hope they keep their word...

Your home is in a very quiet neighborhood of Pahrump, close to town, restaurants, casinos, etc. The house is new construction, very clean, and decorated nicely. "Amazing house and grounds with the perfect blend of western niche charm and modern comfort.Four of us stayed here and were blown away by the attention to detail—from the rustic decor that captures the spirit of the Southwest, to the thoughtfully designed spaces that made our stay incredibly relaxing. "Fantastic Casita!I loved my stay here, and I'm going to recommend it to everyone going to Spring Mountain! The place is super clean and extremely nice. The hosts have literally thought of everything! Water, coffee and creamers, wine bottle opener, remote for HVAC, TV set for guest stay, glasses, games, books, iron with distilled water, cups plates and silverware, etc. Just amazing!"

"Very comfortable home. Kitchen and bathrooms are well stocked. Beds are comfortable. No surprises! Gayle communicated all information prior to arrival and we didn't need anything further during our stay. We were visiting family and we would stay at this property again."

"I needed a place to stay after driving cross country to help with my parents move from their RV to a permanent home. This property was ideal with a fridge and freezer to keep food and meds cold and keeping ice available for my daily drinks and to chill my travel cooler. Very clean and convenient to the RV park in Parhump vs staying in Vegas. The property has 3 mini homes/trailers like the one I stayed in as well as one permanent tiny home. Lots of parking and each unit had a nice outdoor space...
