"A quiet escape from the hectic city. Basic sleeping accommodations, with limited amenities. Clean, with comfortable beds. "

"There is no city view on this property. Great location! Use the subway as your transportation. Everyone was so nice and helpful. The rooms were clean (old) but clean and updated. The vents need attention. There is only 1 TV in the main room. All in all as a family of 5, in the Deluxe 2 Bedroom with bunkbed, we had a comfortable stay NY. Thank you!"

"This property has been skillfully and thoughtfully updated. Window unit AC in every room. Plenty of GFC outlets. Everything you need in the small and functional kitchen. Beautiful bathroom. One bedroom is a quiet dark cave. One is gorgeous and sunny. Surprisingly quiet for its location. There are city noises and that are to be expected, but the AC drowned them out. The Subway is about 30 steps away and you can get anywhere in less than 30 minutes! Here's the reason I can't give it five stars...

"Property was exactly as it was listed and we enjoyed the building and location. Only complaint was it was extremely hot in the room as the ac was not working. However the host responded promptly and explained the issue."

"Great location with easy walking access to Times Square /Manhatten and Central Park. Lots of beds packed into small apartment. The bunk beds are in a very small kitchen with limited seating ( only 2 on small ledge) - There is no living room. Only 4 thin towels and one small hand towel provided for our entire family for multiple days. Bunk Beds were creaking and not supportive. There were several keurig cups were provided but no coffee maker to use them. Not clear if all linens were washed as...

"The apartment's location was fantastic -- close to Central Park, easy subway and bus connections, lots of good restaurants around. Also, the apartment was quiet, even with the windows open. Overall, it was a decent stay, but check-in was a little off with the lockbox across the street and the other hiccups below.The beds were new and firm, but comfy and pillows were comfy too. The table was minimalist, but worked and there were plates and utensils and pans (no pots), as well as minimal...
