"The staff was amazing. The room was very clean very nice. It was very pleasant stay and very affordable. It was nice to have a place like this that fit my budget, but I was treated like royalty."

Both the shampoo and conditioner were out of fluid. 3. This one is my fault. They should’ve been informed myself of what the breakfast buffet was. She said they were for people who were checking in later that night, but the pool was closing in 10 mind. I have NEVER seen people handed towels as they check in. My daughter and I weren’t given anything when we checked in! She was rude and just didn’t want to work. "The room 713 had bed bugs, we went to bed and quickly discovered the bed was crawling with bed bugs and we had to pack up and leave in the middle of the night. Would not recommend!"

"Cheerful, helpful staff!! Everything is updated, colorful and functional. Breakfast has good variety and the buffet is continually refreshed. We’ll be looking for other Tru locations as we travel!"
