Come stay at this four-seasons cabin on 10 private acres with a full kitchen, covered porch, deck, outdoor firepit, and grassy yard for the kids and up to two family dogs. Easily access several nearby trails or pay a visit to downtown Greenville.

Just five miles up the road, visit the quaint town of Greenville, located right on the lower end of Moosehead Lake. Dine at local restaurants, check out the Moosehead Marine Museum, and take a three-hour lake tour aboard the Katahdin, a 1914 steamboat. In warm weather, Moosehead Lake is popular for its hiking trails, swimming, fishing, and other watersports.

Warm yourself by the wood stove in winter, prepare anything from mugs of cocoa to full-course meals in the well-equipped, full kitchen, or gather around the outdoor firepit in the summer and roast marshmallows as the stars come out overhead. This home also comes with picnic tables and a gas grill if you want to have a family cookout. Free WiFi is available for your convenience.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. Great place!

The location and privacy of this property is fantastic. Short drive to downtown Greenville as well as groceries, gas, etc. The home is adorably decorated and very cozy with a wood stove and beautiful porch and deck. Looking forward to coming back in the warmer months.

Beautiful Maine cabin!

My wife and I had a great 2 day experience in the woods of greenville maine. The cabin looked like it had just been built and had a beautiful view of the Maine woods. We had a great stay and look forward to coming back again

Cozy Weekend Getaway

The house was quaint. Well decorated. We loved having the outdoor firepit to make smores. Secluded location, lots of trees, a small stream. Our dog loved wandering the trail that was marked through the woods. Very quiet at night, and dark, you could see the stars through the trees. Close to the town of Greenville with a small downtown. Fun shops. Soap store had the best smelling soaps I've ever seen! Plus a used book store which my husband and I browsed, and purchased from. We were there after the tourist season, so there wasn't much to do (the boat tour, moose tours etc), but we still occupied ourselves. Would visit again.

We enjoyed our stay at the Northwoods cabin, it was very comfortable. We had everything we needed to cook meals, very private location which is a bonus. We will definitely stay here again.

Beautiful cabin in the woods

The cabin was just what our family needed! The scenery was gorgeous, the cabin was the definition of cozy, and we were close to the local grocery store so we could stock up. Everything from check in the check out went smoothly, and the cabin was equipped with almost everything we could have needed. The board games were a great touch. Would definitely stay here again!

Nice Place to stay

This place was nice, I stayed here with my wife and two kids for a week. Its right off the main road on a private street. When we first went into the house there was the overwhelming smell of mothballs and the place was not all that clean. Luckly we brought some candles which masked the smell and we brought cleaning supplies, we spent the first few hours cleaning everything. There is no dishwasher and a lot of the plates/ silverware/cookware were dirty and had food on them. The fridge is broken, the door won't close and all the drawers inside are broken we had to lean jugs of water to keep the door closed. The water is hard there and tastes like iron, which is no big deal just so you know ahead of time to get water jugs. I had to run out to the market down the street to buy a shower curtain liner, the green one that was there was covered in black mold, I left it in a bag inside the bathroom where the supplies are. If you are traveling with young kids you should know that there are no railings on the stairs as well. The cabin is cozy though the brown reclining chair is the most comfortable chair i've ever sat in. The TV is a smart tv so is the Blu-ray player so you can watch Netflix, the wifi is a little spotty, but being that far up you have to expect that. The beds are cozy and the and there is a wood stove inside which was nice on the cold nights. They left firewood outside for the stove inside and wood outside if you wanted to have a fire in the pit which was also great on cold nights. This place was great for people like us who wanted a change of scene from quarantining for months, we also love snow and there is a good amount up there. This place is so close to town so it was easy to get supplies or go for hikes or look for moose.

Lovely Cabin!

We had a brief but lovely stay at this very cozy cabin, stocked with everything we needed. Well situated for some time around Moosehead Lake and exploring Greenville. We’d love to head back again in summer or winter!

Fantastic cabin

This was a most enjoyable stay. The cabin is wonderful; lots of fire wood for both the fire ring and the wood burning stove in the cabin; excellent location; beautiful surroundings. A wonderful place to enjoy Maine.
