"場所は国際線出発フロアから少し歩きますが、コンビニも隣にあるし便利です。
客室は広くて清潔だし、ユニットバスですがトイレ、お風呂、洗面台も広くてよかったです。
チェックインは遅い時間でしたが、セルフで楽ちんでした。
２点言いたいのはチェックアウトの際、せっかくセルフの機械で出来て、しかも簡単操作なのに、わざわざホテルの方がやってくれた事。
丁寧だと言えばそうなんでしょうが、せっかくのセルフの機械の意味がないと思 う。頼まれた人だけでいい。あと、エスカレーターの前で「スーツケースの方ははあちらのエレベーターをご利用下さい」と言われたけど、それも「え⁈」っと思った。1人で2〜3個持ってるならまだしも、スーツケース１つでエレベーターにどうぞはおかしいと思う。
そのせいかエレベーターは混んでましたよ。
その２点は日本の無駄な部分だと思うので、改善された方が良いと思いました。"

"Great location, very important to know you need west exit of train station - navigating was difficult even with Google Maps!! No grid system and many streets are 2 levels. Loved our room and 2 unexpected surprises- a view of Mt Fuji and of the nightly projection show at the Govt building. Check out the nice fountain and outdoor seating at the Starbucks across the street- across from level 2 of the hotel!"

My only complaint is the window of our room was frosted and just opened to a slit. It felt claustrophobic even though the room is very nice, I couldn't be in there for too much time. Would definitely recommend it if you don't care about the window! Maybe other rooms do have reagular windows!"
