"The location and room layout were absolutely excellent. We also loved the lounge / kitchen area downstairs. There were just a few things that need a bit of work. For example there was no coffee machine or even cafetiere coffee. Also the washing washing didn't work properly - and supplies of things like toilet tissue were stingy. "We chose this location primarily for its proximity to Denholme where we were staying for a friends birthday party. In particular , the main features were space for a family of 5 and being pet friendly . The host , Sophie provided all details needed and reassurance, as our first time booking a private house for an overnight stay . The price was reasonable for the accommodation and it did everything we needed . The area is a quiet pleasant suburb with a small convenience store round the corner ....
