"HOT!!! Very HOT! Granted there is a heatwave...the room was never comfortable. A fan was provided but only hot air circulated with the window being open. AC wall unit noted in hall wall but was on only once during the stay. Room was surface clean but very dusty. Staff is curt! It served its purpose for our needs but definitely not a comfortable stay."

"The cabin was clean and had toilet rolls and shower gel etc it was the check in that was a nightmare we arrived on the dot at 3pm we were going to a surprise party at 4pm
We didn’t get hold of the host until 5pm so we missed the start of the party we’ve had no apology for late check in at all"

"The property was clean, as advertised for what to expect. But the best part of the property was being right across the street from the train station. Between Thameslink and Southern you’re 20-30 minutes from the City, basically anywhere in London was reachable in under an hour. You could get here from Heathrow in about an hour by train, which ends up way cheaper than an Uber."
