"Our stay was overall very enjoyable. The room was clean, comfortable, and well maintained. The staff was friendly and helpful throughout our trip, especially during check-in and whenever we had questions. The location was convenient for getting around Orlando and close to attractions and restaurants, which made traveling with my daughter much easier. "This was an okay place to stay for a couple nights I guess but it could have been a lot better. Beds were at least somewhat comfortable. The door to our room had large gaps around it allowing you to see into the room from the hallway. There was no cold water only hot water. When you shower the water would fluctuate on its own with spurts of boiling hot water then back to warm. Very weak water pressure in sink. Shower head was not great. Air conditioner worked well. We had gotten a hotel room with a normal view but at the counter the receptionist upgraded us to a room with a spectacular view of the Epic Universe Park; this made all the difference to us. "I was extremely pleased with my stay. When I arrived the check-in was great. The young lady at the desk, named Nebraska was very pleasant. She said "I see you booked a Standard room with a King bed, but we don't have one available, would you mind if I upgraded you to a Suite at no extra charge?" I told her I absolutely would not mind. "The pool area was fabulous! It was spread out so you are not on top of each other. They wait on you so you don’t need to get up. Lazy river was nice to float around in. Rooms are very clean. I would definitely stay here again."

"I didn't go to the bar; I don't drink alcohol. I had one breakfast at the hotel. It was expensive. I went to local restaurants for breakfasts for the rest of my stay. I really miss the perk "breakfast included." I had stayed at this hotel before and breakfast at that time was included."
