We have family in near by towns and came in for the Thanksgiving holiday. Our kids felt at home right away. The amenities were all that we were seeking for our weekend getaway. The owner was very responsive and the property and home was beautiful.

We had such a wonderful stay at this property! The home was exactly as described — clean, comfortable, and well-equipped with everything we needed. We all felt right at home. The location was perfect, close to the brewery and the new wedding venue. The house is located on farm with beautiful rolling hills. Our 4 boys loved running around exploring during the day, playing in the splash pool and playing the video games in the loft. Our family loved sitting in the spacious porch visiting. The host was fantastic — very responsive, kind, and made our whole stay smooth and stress-free. Made us feel right at home.I highly recommend this property to anyone visiting the area, and we would absolutely stay here again!

This property was secluded and great for our family all in town for a wedding. The inside was huge. The porch was giant and great for enjoying the outside. We let the children enjoy the cowboy hot tub and they surely did. We had a few local family members show up one evening and grilled hamburgers on the green egg located on the front porch. Fresh meat for Pateks groceries in that green egg made some amazing burgers. The place was clean and huge. Everyone enjoyed the stay. Upstairs the kids enjoyed lots of entertainment set up for them. Host did not bother us at all. Kids also enjoyed trying to pet the cows which come up to the fence.

Stupendous adventure

From the moment we all arrived we were in heaven. I found the listing for our group, we were in town for our kiddos band performance for the 4th of July festival at the park. Booking was very easy and the owner communicated very clearly and very timely. The view from the kitchen window was one of my friend's favorite and the iron bed frames in the double queen room were my others friend's favorite. Of course I was in love with the kitchen table as well as the entire house. Our kids had so much fun in the bunk room and they were even more excited to go fishing and then they figured out there was a Wii in the bunk room. It was a very easy short drive into town. The cows had a lot to say to us while we sat on the pitch drinking our morning coffee. This was truly a magnificent find on VRBO and the owner Keith was truly a blessing as he really communicated and gave us everything we needed. Can't wait to come back!!!

Absolutely fabulous stay. My family stayed here to celebrate my birthday and WOW! The front porch , the view, the spacious home and fabulous kitchen, watching the fireworks from the porch, what a fun peaceful place. The closeness to everything Shiner has to offer was awesome. The dipping pool was great to dip into after a very hot afternoon at Spoetzel Shinerfest. We all loved the jack rabbits and cottontails, the turkeys , and those cows! The owner is amazing at communication. This is a gem of a VRBO!!!!

Peaceful retreat

The property is set on gorgeous acreage. The wraparound porch is fantastic for lounging and conversations. The decor is an intriguing mix of antiques and modern comforts. We had a wonderful stay.

Labor Day Get Away

Great time in and around Shiner, TX! Kids loved the fishing tanks. We all enjoyed the home; it was very accommodating for 7 kids (17 to 8) and 4 adults.

Best place ever

This was a great experience for me and my family. We stayed a whole week Mr. Travis the owner of the property was such a great host. We ran into a little bit of problems that Mr. Travis and the property manager, Mr. Pete they were all great thank you for the experience and hopefully we will be back next year

Charming

The house is very charming and comfortable. My sisters and I stayed for our annual sisters' weekend. We could not have been happier. Very quiet, such a nice change from all the noise of a city. The owner is super nice and very easy to work with. Highly recommend this property if you are looking for a peaceful, quite weekend. We will definitely rent this wonderful home again.

A Great Stay at SunShiner Farm

SunShiner Farm was perfect for our stay. The setting in the rolling hills of the countryside is beautiful and peaceful. The layout of the house worked great, with two nice areas to hang out in, a clean kitchen with a large refrigerator, and plenty of beds and bathrooms for our large group. The a/c works great, too! The check-in and check-out process were extremely smooth, the property manager was easy to get in touch with, and Travis is a great, accommodating host. A great place to stay!

Rolling F Farms- Perfect Property for our Family Gathering

Everyone loved the house and poolhouse. Clean and very nicely decorated. Great landscaping and plenty of shade for outdoor relaxation. Very peaceful hilltop location. Well equipped as we had everything we needed including well stocked fishing pond. Location and property worked out nicely for our visit with Shiner family members. We highly recoommend this property. Hope to stay here again for our next gathering. Thank you Travis for being such a great host and accomodating our visit.

Shiner wedding

It was a fantastic property, I was in town for a wedding and the property and location suited my needs perfectly! Everything that was listed was provided, there’s nothing like leaving the city for a few days to recharge in a beautiful small town like Shiner!
