"Very lovely cottage in the rural countryside!"

"It was a very nice place in a great location! We had a bunch of fun, and there are so many things you can go do around this place! The fire pit was amazing with the gazebo out back. "

"My husband and I enjoyed our stay at this cozy cabin. The cabin was charming and clean. We occupied the main bedroom, and the bed and linens were 10/10. Enjoyed grilling and dinner on the screened in patio. The hot tub was perfect after long hikes. Enjoyed the fire pit and indoor fireplace. We found all expected cookware needed in kitchen. Jana & karter were always prompt to respond to any questions or needs. Would definitely return. 10/10. "

"This place was exactly what we needed for our family. We were here for a wedding and this placed allowed all of us to have our own personal space and the room needed for everyone to get ready. Also in the evening we had everything we need to cook meals and relax out back and have a fire. Highly recommend!"

The hosts Bryan and Jennifer provide excellent service and their house is clean, comfortable and inviting.The hosts have thought of everything and more. The town of Ashland is beautiful and we are so thankful that we found this gem. This is the best rental house we have ever stayed in and if we are in the area again we look forward to visiting again. "Beautiful property. We absolutely fell in love with this Schoolhouse. There was so much love by the owners for this place and you can tell with every room they have poured out their hearts in making this one of a kind place relaxing, romantic, and enjoyable. "

"We (5, 7, 20, and 40 year olds) had the best time here. The property is even better than described and everything is so thoughtfully done. Stainless appliances, aluminum foil, basic spices, a lighter for the fire pit, very clean, every type of sugar for the coffee, propane in the tank. Thank you so much for having us, we’ll definitely be back!"

"Check in was super easy, Wi-Fi was easily accessible & worked great. Plenty of necessities & parking space . It is a gorgeous property & the location is in a quiet spot but still in close proximity to lots of places! "

"Beautiful property- even better than the pics! Plenty of room for everyone- our favorite was the dining table with enough room for our entire family- cant wait to come again!"

"The kids had so much fun exploring the house, with the cool grand staircase and the "secret" staircase and all of the ornately decorated rooms. The house was charming and fun both inside and out. We had a large group but there were enough kitchen supplies. It was also nice there was a dishwasher and laundry to wash dishes and dish towels. The only reason it's not a straight 5 star is because we left a therapeutic ice roller in the freezer and the host never responded to my messages about it."
