"The room was excellent, but the door would not latch. They had to move us to another room. I particularly liked the HVAC the Hyatt has. It is more of a traditional HVAC system rather than a through the wall that is in most hotels. You don't get air blowing on you like you might with a wall unit.
The room was very comfortable and we used the laundry that was on site. It happened to be on our floor which was a big plus. The breakfast was great as well. We had a problem with checking since...

"Our families were in Billings for a large funeral. The staff at the Homewood went above and beyond anything we could ask to accommodate our large group, allowing us to socialize in the breakfast room late into the morning hours and again the entire next morning til everyone had to depart to catch flights and take long drives home. Our sincere thanks to all of your staff. You can be proud of the team you have in Billings."

The tv remote worked particle of the time and the worst was the shower. Glass partition just not long enough and we found the water all over the bathroom floor."
