"This is the 3rd Mimaru hotel that we stayed at for our Japan trip and again we loved it! The staff were pleasant and helpful. The only issue was the subway stop was a little farther away compared to the other Mimaru hotels we stayed at. It takes about 8-10 min walk to a subway station."

When we got out of the station, the street was full of people and it felt loud and a little too busy, but as we turned down the little street to get to the room, it was quiet and calm. "We had an issue with the AC during our trip but the staff was quick to resolve and offered to refund partial parts of the stay after confirming the issue. The AC was fixed quickly and they even bought water, snacks, a cooling towel, and an extra fan as an apology. The rooms are very comfortable with lots of space, laundry, and spacious shower. Check-in was great and only took a minute."
