"I recently stayed at Master Haifa Apartments, and I have to say, it was an excellent choice. From the moment I arrived, I was impressed by how clean and spacious the apartment was. The ugly: the pictures I saw when booking are not at all what we got. The bathroom was full of mold (we complained and no one came back to clean), mattress and bedding with stains of urine!! (we complained and we were told we are overreacting and this is “normal”; they did bring new bedding but also not really clean so we got our own). We wanted to leave and get a refund but they did not agree to they, and only offered to change a room (same...

"Lovely place! I would stay there again.
For travelers who are religious Jews: the place is pretty Shabbat-worthy--hard key on a carabiener, but be sure to set the clock on the microwave before Shabbat b/c otherwise no clocks in the room. Also no challah to be had in the Old City where this is though I assume in the new city (a drive or cab ride away) you could get it."

"Great stay. Lovely room. Wish the curtains were blackout--it was bright very early (I'll bring a sleeping mask next time). Great location, excellent condition, very clean. Perfect for a short stay in Haifa!"
