"Our family of five came to town for my mother-in-law’s funeral. Each our three kids need their own room, and we love having space to spread out. This home fit the bill. It is an older home, so some things could benefit from some TLC, but it was clean and spacious and had everything we needed. With the owner's consent, we were able to take advantage of all that space by hosting my wife's family for a BBQ after the services took place. All the locals who've driven by the place thousands of time...

"The house was cute! Spacious enough for 4 adults and a service dog to stay comfortably ! The owners were gracious and let our friends and her service dog stay with us! The driveway was a bit tricky to find at first, its right there as you round the curve.. a heads-up would have been nice, but once we found it, it was fairly easy to return to! The owners(?) do live across the driveway, and there was someone staying in the upstairs of the house we stayed in, although it could have been a separate...

"Very cozy, comfortable, and clean place to stay in a beautiful area in the hills near Little Rock. The hosts were very communicative and easy to work with. The location was conveniently located within a short drive to everywhere we needed to go for the wedding we had traveled to Arkansas to attend. "

"This house is comfortable, the air conditioning works well and the kitchen is adequately equipped. The owner was attentive and maintained contact with us. Inside furniture is in good condition. Water pressure is good. The house is on a very quiet street so there is no traffic noise but the trains can annoying. "

"We loved the house, decor and location. Although not used, the home provided plenty of toiletries and hygiene products for the guests to use. The location was perfect for our downtown convention. As noted in previous reviews, the house across the street looks like a junkyard. However, the occupants didn’t bother us, but is an eye soar. Also please note that the two twin beds in the sunroom are not separated. It’s actually a daybed that pulls out into a full size bed. So it’s like sharing a bed...
