A super semi-detached house set in a quiet residential area, that is very handy for local amenities and the blue flag beach of Sheringham. This is a great holiday house, perfect for both families and friends to enjoy. It is light and bright and furnished in a fresh, modern style.Ground floor: Hallway with door to Kitchen: situated downstairs with electric oven and induction hob, fridge/freezer, washing machine and microwave. WC and wash basin. Door into Lounge/diner: with TV and DVD player and dining table with chairs, double doors opening onto patio area. First floor: 1 double bedroom and 1 twin bedroom. Family bathroom: with electric shower over bath, wash basin and WC. Please note: Outside: enclosed patio to the side of the property. Amenities: WIFI. Bed linen provided, please bring own towels. High chair, travel cot (please bring own bedding) and stair gates are available, please request upon booking. 1 small dog welcome at £20.00 per week. A Birthday break
Having stayed in Sheringham earlier in the year we wanted somewhere nearer the centre and 2 Augusta Court was ideal, having a parking space is one of the things we look for. It had everything we needed.

Lovely modern house
This is our third visit to Augusta Court. We were very pleased that there is a new mattress which is a great improvement. Overall the house was clean and well presented with everything necessary provided. Unfortunately there is no dishwasher but we appreciate tha5 the kitchen is small and room is tight.

Well equipped small holiday let close to town centre
We found the place nicely decorated and modern. The kitchen had plenty of cutlery and crockery - and even a washing machine. It felt like a home away from home. It was well located, close to the town centre but in quiet spot. I would have liked more storage space - but that said the main bedroom had a wardrobe and a large chest of drawers. I found the bed a bit too squashy and there was not a great deal of space to get out for those who sleep on the side nearest the wall, but I coped and we enjoyed our stay.

Excellent location, handy for town and with parking, always a bonus. Very clean and well equipped although toaster didnt work.
Good to have another toilet downstairs if there are four of you.
Mattress on double bed bit too soft.
Would stay here again as good value.

Perfect position
The house was in a great spot, very close to shops and a short walk to the beach in a quiet spot. . Parking a bonus. The house itself was fine, but with hardly any storage space. The mattress on the double bed was very uncomfortable but the singles were good. It was great to have a patio area outside.

great location with parking
The location was brilliant, within easy walking distance of the sea, shops and restaurants. it is very quiet with off road parking. it was clean, immaculate and the bed in the double room was very comfortable, didn't try the single beds. We found some great eating places including The Bank (a Nepalese restaurant) and Dave's fish and chips take away. The Sheringham Shanty Men are worth listening to. They weren't doing a public performance the week we were there but they allow visitors to the practice session on a Thursday evening , a great opportunity. The kitchen was very well equipped but a downside was that there wasn't any washing up liquid which we didn't realise on our first night until after the shops were shut. The only other downside is that towels are not provided so we had to take wet towels home with us. I'm puzzled as to why towels aren't provided since bedding and tea towels are. But apart from that we couldn't fault it.

Excellent holiday home.
This was our first visit to No2 Augusta Court but it will not be our last. Our first impresion on arriving was excellent and we were not disappointed in any way. The location is very close to town and the beach is within easy walking distance. The home is in a quiet close with the benifit of off road parking.
The home was very clean and well maintained with everything needed for a relaxing stay. We recommend this holiday home and also the help and expertise of Key Holidays.

A long weekend retreat.
2 Augusta Court was very clean, bright and well equipped on the whole.
The drawback unfortunately was the mattress on the double bed which was hard and worn out and had obvious springs poking through. As there were only two of us we opted to sleep in the single beds which were comfortable. Had we taken our daughter this would not have been an option and we would not have been happy with the accommodation.
There was no welcoming package and corners were cut, providing sanitiser instead of soap in the bathroom and the ends of poor quality toilet roll.This was such a shame as if left an unwelcoming feel in a house that had the potential to be excellent.

Nice getaway in Sheringham, Norfolk for a couple or family of four.
Nice quiet accommodations. Central to everything the town; restaurants; beach; railway and bus services. Parking next to the townhouse if needed. Nice sitting area outside in back.

A fabulous week at Augusta Court
The house is perfect for a couple or small family holiday in Sheringham. It is a short and easy walk to either beach or town. It has everything you need, is very clean and even has a downstairs loo which is handy for children.
We had a lovely holiday and will definitely be back.
