"Smoke detector was chirping when I entered my room. After two calls to the front desk, the clerk came to my room, took it off the wall, removed the battery and left it on the dresser. The provided hairdryer didn’t not work. And one of my towels had black stuff all over it, and one of the washcloths had what looked like a blood stain! "Overall, I think the Best Western was very good. the only problem was I was given a room for the handicapped and I am NOT handicapped. Taking a shower was extremely challenging. As a result, I wasn't able to take a shower and wash my hair properly. Was concerned that there was no fan in the bathroom to vent the air while I was showering.
