"We came to London for wiinter wonderland with our grand daughter who is 3. We found the staff were very polite and the apartment was lovely clean and very comfortable, my granddaughter loved running around playing hide and seek. The location is great just off park lane and has easy access to any where you want to go round the west end, we come to winter wonderland each year with her and hope to book 9 Hertford street again next year. "

"The staff here is unbelievable. I've never encountered service so good as both of the front desk agents and the cleaner--everyone was on my team and so helpful in my jet lagged state. Will be staying here again any chance I get--plus the rooms are huge and the building as a whole is so charming"

"Le batiment et le studio étaient facile d'accès grace à un digicode à chaque entrée. Bien qu'en sous-sol, le studio était confortable, bien chauffé et propre. "I found this room when looking for a reasonably-priced room near Kings Cross in London with a queen-sized bed, a mini-fridge, and enough space to move around. This checks all those boxes and more!
