"The apartment was perfect for our needs. We did not use the washer/dryer in the apartment but knowing that it was available was a plus. The galley kitchen is a little small for cooking a large meal, but it worked for the two of us. The building is located in a quiet area within easy walking distance to the South Kensington and Gloucester Road underground stations. "We were supposed to receive check in information 24 hours in advance. When we never received it I had to contact the property 3 times before they sent the codes. The room was supposed to have a’sleeper sofa’ - what it had was a cot that took up what little space we had and meant we had no comfortable place to sit. The room was incredibly noisy with constant foot falls and racket from the room above."

"We were given a smelly basement room. Our view was an actual hallway traversed by other visitors. Would shocking be the word for that? No “front desk” so no front desk contact people. My advice which I will take moving forward: Stay in a proper hotel!"

"Very responsive and we didn’t have to worry about anything. It was all smooth sailing. We got to the property 30 min walk with an 8 and 6 year old from King’s Cross and it was a beautiful walk. Lots of cool stops. There were Restaurants beneath the property a the cathedral just down the road, it peeks through to Watling Street and the cobbled path makes it romantic. In the evening of our arrival we cross Southwark bridge and listened to some live Jimi Hendrix and ate fancy cookies. The next day...
