"I was assigned to level 40. I was well taken care by the housekeeper. They did my housekeeping on a daily basis. Front lobby is helpful but may have difficulties understand basic English."

"The hotel receptionists are all very helpful, however, housekeeping can really be improved. They need more training to keep their services consistent. There are days where amenities weren’t topped up and that when you put the card to show you want the beddings changed, they only change the bed with the card on it and not both (we stayed in a twin room).
