"Charming and quaint home. The surrounding grounds and lake were absolutely beautiful! Easy to get to, directly off the highway, but far enough away to feel relaxed. The host was great with communication. We had left an item behind and he offered to mail it back to us. We would love to stay here again in the future!"

"This property looks NOTHING like those very nice photos they show. It’s unkempt and actually dirty inside. The clerk was working behind bulletproof glass. The parking lot has numerous people hanging around. There are signs warning of human trafficking as you go in and also in the dingy lobby. The clerk actually told me that I didn’t have to stay there if I didn’t want to, because the ‘vibe’ of the place had changed since it changed ownership. "We had the most wonderful time staying here. Most of the stay, we sat in the yard starting at the beautiful lake and greenery. The place is clean, bed was comfortable, kitchen well equipped with everything we needed to prepare homemade meals. We ran out of time and didn’t have a chance to enjoy the kayaks, but I’m sure we’ll be back again soon. Thank you for the most restful stay. It was just what we needed for a break from the city."

"We had a great stay. Thank you! Two things to be aware of. I bought a plastic traction mat for the upstairs bathroom at the end of the hall. The surface of the tub is slippery and the height if the tub above the floor makes entry and exit treacherous without secure footing in the tub. I strongly advise you to leave the mat in place.
