"This building is beautifully and thoughtfully decorated. We stayed in "Kate's Room" and the bits of history and decor were elegant and deliberate. We had everything we needed and more. The bed was comfortable, and the house was quiet. We will, without a doubt, stay at the Shamokin BnB again if we find ourselves in Shamokin."

Place is so dark (not enough light) its a hazard for young ones and adults due to hot waffle maker 2. "I was thinking in change to another hotel because a couple months ago the rooms and bathrooms wasn’t cleaned at all ,, but I made a complain in the front , I went back again , and everything is clean and the price is very affordable."

"A good way to start is it is not the Rich Carlton but then again you’re not paying for it either. It is clean. It is bug and critter free. If you’re just looking for an overnight, you really can’t beat this deal. The family is also friendly if there is any complaint at all, it is the road out front is a little noisy so keep that in mind but a great one nighter."
