"Their website and the Expedia website said they were pet friendly and accepted cats and dogs. I arrived after a 12 Hour drive tired and ready to check in to my reserved room. When I reminded them I was checking in with a dog they said only dogs 25 lbs or less (and no cats!) the front desk agent denied me a room because my golden retriever weighed over 25 lbs. "Lock on the door was broke when we first got there, ceiling tile sagging from water damage, carpet felt moist, rain came in and flooded by door, toilet handle had to be held down several minutes to flush, the hot water went out had to wait to take a hot shower, unfortunately the bed was so hard, breakfast just waffles and cereal but was good.... not sure why this year was a completely different experience than when I stayed last year, maybe they need to do some repairs on this room idk......

"This would be a great place to go with a large group like a family reunion or a wedding but we were there for the weekend for a basketball tournament by ourselves. The lodges are set up with a common area in the middle and the sound goes right through the doors. We had people playing pool at midnight and could hear everything. "Room was good could tell its been given a bit of a facelift check in was great they accept cash for incidentals and thats a huge yes since most places take an eternity to give back overall worth the price point for what we need it for which is to ultimately sleep :)"

"Everything was almost perfect. Loved our room. Had some issues with the shower head and there was some hair by the bathroom door that the cleaning staff missed. Everything else was super clean. Not enough parking spots. Other than that we really enjoyed our stay."
