Welcome to our charming and cozy Cliffhanger Cottage in Shell Knob. Perched on steep cliffs with breathtaking views of Table Rock Lake, the Cliffhanger Cottage is a unique and comfortable bungalow-style cottage that provides a stress-free, relaxing vacation for our guests. Built in 1932, this cozy cottage is the perfect couples’ hideaway to enjoy the tranquility and scenery of Table Rock Lake. Just minutes away from Shell Knob and other nearby attractions like Silver Dollar City and all that Branson and Kimberling City have to offer--you can stay in or go out. The main level features one studio bedroom with a comfortable queen-sized bed, a well-equipped full bathroom with a bathtub/shower combo, and modern amenities like WiFi and A/C.

The fully stocked kitchen features all major appliances, cookware, and utensils necessary to prepare a gourmet meal that you can enjoy on the 500-square-foot deck with amazing views of Table Rock Lake. The family room and bedroom are both equipped with Smart TVs for your entertainment and streaming services. The outdoor space features a wooded area with towering cedar and pine trees and a covered hot tub to soak away your worries while enjoying the gorgeous sunsets over the lake or the night sky, perfect for stargazing with that special someone.

What an amazing place. Great, cozy ambiance! Place was nicely stocked with goodies which was an added and unexpected bonus. We love the view! Overall, it was a wonderful stay. We checked out about 15 minutes before the deadline because we didn't want to leave!

This place was absolutely breathtaking! We loved the views from the deck and hot tub area! The little cave (screened in porch area) was absolutely peaceful and serene! Visited Eureka Springs, AR and shopped their historical downtown area by trolley. Also went to Eureka Springs drive-thru safari! The deck was our spot for dinners after cooking on the grill! We visited The Steak Inn for dinner one evening and their food was amazing! We look forward to coming back again and again!!!

This cottage is a treasure! If you are a high tech person or enjoy a more "bougee" lifestyle this isn't for you! But it is a peaceful, cozy , step back in time kinda place!!! Beautiful views of the lake 24/7! Perfect for 2 ppl! Love this place and will stay here again!!

The cottage itself was lovely, secluded and very relaxing. During our stay, we decided that we needed to use some dishes and the extra comforter/sheet that was provided in the dresser. Once we departed the cottage we received an additional cleaning fee for leaving (cleaned) dishes drying on the counter and for using the extra comforter. I am sure you will enjoy staying here just be sure to leave the cottage spotless and don't use any of the additional linens.

We loved how it felt secluded by the water. The view by the water was wonderful. We enjoyed that you could sit in the hot tub and watch the boats go by. We found a great restaurant down by the water called the Seaside they had the best bacon wrapped shrimp. It was also very nice that you had a cabinet that had spices that could be used.

Overall,, everything we could have wanted. If I had one complaint, ot would be that the trees were trimmed for a better view from the hot tub and enclosed porch area. Overall though, I would definitely book with them again.

A cozy cottage was the perfect place to spend a cool rainy weekend. The view is beautiful and breakfast on the deck was a wonderful way to begin the day.

We love this place but we will not return after 4 years of going there. Big storm overnight knocked out the power and by extension the water service. Not to mention the hail that tore up my car....not the owners problem. However, the host was not sympathetic and told me that they do not give refunds because too many people cancel their reservation at the last minute. We did not cancel but the house did cancel on us. Still a refund was not an option. All I asked for was a refund for the day we could not stay. 6:30 am and know where to use the bathroom. but we are responsible. The owners words of wisdom were...I doubt you would have stayed there all day. None of her business or concern. Again we love the place...but watch out if you need a "legitimate" refund. We will not be back.

My wife and I took a mini vacation to this location and it was absolutely amazing. From the hot tub to the view of the lake from the patio, this was just what we needed. This was our first Vrbo experience, and it exceeded our expectations!
