"Keyless entry failed twice during our four night stay.Had to wait for owner to contact locksmith. Second time was after midnight before locksmith arrived.Results were that lock bolt for keyless entry was not installed correctly causing deadbolt to get stuck and not open door.Drain pipe in kitchen sink was not connected and flooded the kitchen floor when we used."

"We had a great stay. The house was clean and ready when we got there. The manager was easy to get in touch with. We really liked the location, easy to get downtown. A very cute and welcoming home. "

"This house is ridiculous, but in a good and fun way. We were in town with family to celebrate our daughter's graduation from Drake and this house was an excellent fit for our group. We only had seven people, but there is easily room to sleep 10 comfortably. We didn't use the kitchen, but the dining room table was great for a game of Five Crowns and we played a few games of darts in the game room downstairs.Location wise, it was a quick and easy drive from the house to both Drake and downtown Des...

"We really enjoyed our stay here! The neighborhood felt safe, the garage was set up fun with games, a ping pong table, bar, tv, table, and couch. Great for lounging around and having the garage doors open on a nice day. The house also has many bedrooms with multiple beds in several. This allowed everyone to sleep comfortably. Will be booking again in the future."

"Easy to get to and from where we needed to be. Small but clean and met all the needs for sleeping except one part-basement included sleeping option for the couch but doesn’t work if you’re over 6 feet tall. We managed with that since it was a teenager. :) Overall we’re planning to stay again!"

"Family of 6 stayed for 2 nights. Comfortable enough for 2 nights. 4 of us for another 2 nights was much better. 6 is tight. 4 is fairly comfy. Cute place. "

"We had a good stay while here. The neighborhood is very charming to walk around. The hosts are great and responsive! Very close and walkable to many attractions, restaurants, grocery, etc. The only reason not 5 stars is because we did have some noisy neighbors in the alleyway at 3am, but that's not really in the host's control!"

"This was a solid location, solid home. You can tell it was purchased with a quick-and-dirty turnaround as far as prepping it for VRBO-type stays.The host was responsive; the house was mostly clean; the appliances worked.This gets only four stars primarily because of a lack of light bulbs. Yes, seriously. Instead of light bulbs in the lamps in one of the bedrooms, there were click-on battery lights stuck onto where the light bulbs should go. The ceiling fan only had a bulb in only one out of...

"Great house in a great area, was there for Iowa State graduation. Quick 15 minute ride to campus. House delivered everything it said. Clean, comfortable, would rent again "
