"This cottage is as charming as it looks in photos…warm, clean, cozy and rustic chic like something out of a home decor magazine. The host greeted us on arrival and graciously invited us to enjoy the entire pristine grounds during our stay, including the stunning pool/ patio at the main house adjacent to the cottage. She couldn’t have been sweeter and made herself available for anything we needed. We loved our stay at Whispering Estate and would definitely be back!"

The problem was solved and the equipment was in working order the same day. The location was close to town and two large supermarkets. We hope to return again to this beautiful property! "Wonderful old house, very comfortable space for a large family gathering. The kitchen was well-equipped, and exceptionally clean. The host was communicative and responsive, although everything was so well-thought out on his part, we didn't have much need to talk to the hosts. Excellent location, less than five minutes to Great Barrington, and twenty to Tanglewood and Lenox. "

"We chose this property because of the age (1740s farmhouse) and convenient location in the southern Berkshires only 15 minutes or so from Great Barrington. The house did not disappoint. It is a very charming farmhouse in excellent condition for its age and with modern amenities. As we only had four adults, there was plenty of room to spread out. "Location was excellent! Everything in walking distance, and short drive to Tanglewood, The bedroom and shower are a small space but clean. Very comfortable living room space. Kitchenette small but manageable. Unfortunately the tray for the toaster oven was gross and stuck to the top of the toaster oven. Toaster oven itself was usable. Nice place to stay for a weekend but any longer could be a little uncomfortable. Outdoor grounds were beautiful! "
