"The room and facilities are fine. The in-house staff were happy to help and useful. It's their telephone base staff that I spoke with prior to my trip that were a real let down for the Novotel and Accor. Rude, inhospitable and unhelpful. The location is near the Devonport mall and a few cafe's nearby. ..."

"Nice location, very clean, great hot shower, adequately equipped kitchen and good heating. Lounge furniture a little sparse and uncomfortable. The only issue was the bed. While clean and in good condition, but the mattress far too soft for us. Didn’t sleep at all well, woke with back ache."
