"The room was very small. Had hoped that myself and husband could work remote in room, but that was impossible due to tiny space. He was able to work downstairs in lobby, but not ideal.
Unable to get served at on-site restaurant. One person taking orders, cooking and serving during busy time of day.
The person's working at checking and in on-site bar area were very helpful. Coffee and water were not kept filled in lobby area. A little disappointed in this.

"My daughter and I stayed at the Cottonwood Louisville Hotel for the weekend, and overall we had a nice stay. The hotel was clean, comfortable, and the staff was very nice and welcoming. My only wish was that there were more restaurants within walking distance, but besides that, everything was good. We enjoyed our stay and would consider staying here again."

"TV didn't work on the first night and had to wait for maintenance to repair the next day. My room was next to the room with the ice machine and vending machine and I kept getting woken up by the door slamming every time someone entered. I would suggest not staying in that room unless you want sleepless nights."

We followed the information provided for using it & were told upon arrival at the airport that we would need to wait as the driver had to leave due to “a pilot pick up”. We didn’t understand but at that point we waited an additional 45 minutes to get transportation back to the hotel. At the end of our stay we checked at...
