"There was a dumpster on the property, out in the open. I never even got a key to my room, but I am charged for it. I ended up driving four hours longer than I had planned and skipping my hike at the state park to instead dispute credit card charges. Not recommended."

"The 1st day we checked in until the 3rd day of our stay, we inquired everyday about the indoor pool if and when is it going to be available for use and the front desk personnel informed us that the parts that was ordered already came in and they will have the maintenance people work on it and hopefully will be operable that afternoon or the next day. "Let me say the front desk lady was phenomenal! When we arrived, she showed us the where the Tiki Bar (breakfast bar and snacks) were. She showed us the pool, gave us a tour of the place and was extremely nice and helpful. The rooms were spotless! We will be staying here again. I'd give them 10 stars if I could!"

"Very nice stay. Very clean and well maintained. Breakfast was the standard fare with eggs , bacon , biscuits and gravy and waffle maker. The staff is super friendly and did a great job. There are three very nice restaurants located within walking distance of the hotel which was nice when we didn’t want to drive into town for dinner. About 20 to 30 minute drive to Hocking Hills. Highly recommend."
