"The Carte’s were extremely pleased with our stay for the 2025 Labor Day holiday. The house was amazing, clean and Phil was extremely helpful with answering our questions about the area. The best part of our trip was by far the wild horses and the seclusion of the Rusty Crab. We recommend booking a visit at this house and giving it a 10 out of 10!!!"

"Point of Views was such a delight!! We stayed with 3 other couples- all of us have 2 kids ages 4 and under- and the space very nicely accommodated the 16 of us. The sunset & sunrise views were such a treat, not to mention being able to watch the 4th of July fireworks from the top deck. Short list of favorite things- the porch swings and hammock on the second deck level, the pool being able to handle the kids & adults without feeling crammed, walk to beach was less than 3 minutes. "The house was cleaner than most beach houses I have been too and it had a fantastic pool and hot tub. The rrooms were really nice and two had an adjoining bathroom. the owner provided a document that provided everything you would need to know about the house and the area. The beach was just down a dirt road that was only traveled by those on the road and the beach was never really crowded and it was very clean. "We really enjoyed our stay here! It was nice having so much space with all of the family. The kids enjoyed the pool and volleyball area. The house was clean and came with so much to do. Having the golf cart was amazing to drop the beach stuff off and the family. Sherrie was fabulous! We have never had a host to be so informative and communicative. She was very helpful and responded immediately. We highly recommend staying here and we will be staying again!!"

"Had a great time with family and friends! The house was very spacious and accommodating for multiple families with children. Very secluded and quiet. We did have to cut our trip short due to emergency evacuation order due to hurricane Erin. Overall we enjoyed our first few days and are considering making it a yearly trip to the same home! "

"Our large extended family had a wonderful vacation at Pine Island! We were all amazed at the size of the couch in the great room and the amount of dining seating - it was the first house that could comfortably fit our family of 19. The location is PRIME!
