"This is my first time staying at this hotel. I like the cleanliness of the hotel and room. I think the front desk needs more attention. I had a problem with the TV remote. I went downstairs personally and spoke to the clerk. He said there will be housekeeping coming to my room in five minutes but no one shows up. It will also be nice if they give us a copy of shuttle schedule. We will also did not greet by our last name or first name."

"The room is spacious considering how small hotel rooms in Hong Kong typically are. The room is clean, tidy and provides all the necessity for a comfortable stay. The staff also provided cash coupons for the restaurant within the hotel, the food was great and with the coupons provided, it's very affordable for the high quality buffet it provided. One of the better experiences I've had in recent years, highly recommended."

"I can’t think anything bad about this hotel. The staff are excellent and very helpful, the service is indeed out of my expectations. The room is very spacious even we have 7 baggage, we still have plenty of space for 2 adults. The bed is very comfy as well. The swimming pool is well maintained and good size for exercise. The hotel is well located, metro is only within 10 mins walk, and there are many bus routes to cover most of the main area. There are many local foods and nice restaurants...
